The Democratic caucus is resolved to work hard on behalf of the people of Kansas; to listen to and learn from our neighbors, and bring their ideas to the table; to approach these issues with a bi-partisan spirit; to find opportunities for collaboration with our colleagues from across the aisle; to hold one another accountable to our common purpose; and to lead with courage, compassion, and common sense.
