About Norman

Norman is retired telecom engineer who has worked for United Telecom, Sprint, Alcatel-Lucent, Nokia and Kharafi National and the US Army. He has been married to Harriet Mallicoat for 40 years with three children.

In the Senate, Norman will be a strong advocate for clean energy and efficient infrastructure for Kansas. He will also support reproductive rights, Medicaid expansion, and public education.
